5 Easy Vegan Snacks

I wanted to hop on here and share with you my 5 FAVORITE vegan snacks!
Apple and peanut butter- I don’t know what it is, but this is just so good every single time! It’s quick, it’s easy, loaded with protein and healthy carbs, and it’s just amazing! Pick up some organic gala apples (my fave) and some nut butter of your choice! I prefer peanut butter, but you do you here.
Almonds/ nuts- Almonds are not only packed with protein, healthy fats, and nutrients, they help you to feel full in between meals! I love dry roasted, lightly salted almonds from Trader Joes. They are my FAV! I also said nuts next to almonds because any of them are a healthy snack! I also love macadamia nuts, walnuts, cashews, and pistachios for snacking.
Fruit salad- There’s nothing better than a bowl of FRESH fruit! I love to have a bowl of berries for a yummy snack. You can mix up any fruit you’d like. Feel free to get creative here! The choices are endless!
Banana- If you know me, you know I LOVE bananas. I always have them on deck. They are super filling, loaded with healthy carbs, and it’s the perfect snack! Just one banana can go a long way, trust me. Feel free to add some nut butter into this mix, as well!
Yogurt and granola/ muesli- This is such an easy snack and so filling! I, personally, love the Kite Hill Yogurt and I mix it with organic granola or some meusli. You can get creative here, too, by adding a tablespoon of chia seeds, maybe some hemp seeds, almonds, really whatever you want! It’s efficient, simple, and satiating.
A good snack can go a long way!
